Our busiest time of year is during the holiday season. We will have ready-made items available for shipment in our shop. This information pertains only to custom orders. We will offer a limited number of slots for you to secure your custom order. For instance, we may have two available spots for bookings. You can choose to reserve these dates or wait for a later availability that better suits your needs. Please select carefully, as we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your order. This deposit will be deducted from your total balance. The complete balance is due upon the completion of your order. We highly advise you to schedule a virtual face-to-face consultation!

The process

Deposit

To start your order, a security deposit is needed. This is a key part of our process. For custom items like garments, cardigans, and sweaters, a non-refundable deposit of $50-$75 is required before we begin. This shows your commitment to the order. Prices for garments and cardigans depend on size, from XS to 5X. For blankets, a non-refundable deposit of $35-$45 is needed, while hats and scarves require $20-$35. The deposit will be subtracted from your final bill. We will email you with the remaining balance once your order is finished.

Price Break Down

We recieve alot of inquiries pertaining to how we price our orders. Here's a breakdown of the deposit.

Garments, Cardigans, Vest, Hoodie, Dress etc.

We require a $50- $75 before we begin your order. Sizing plays a major role in the total price of your item. (Keep in mind this is not for the total cost simply the deposit for starting your order.)

• Ex: For a Mother and Daughter/Son set - $75 for both. Individually ($50 For Mom) ($50 for child/teen)

• EX: For Dad and Son/daughter set- $75 for both. Individually ($55 For Dad) ($50 for child/teen)

  Blankets, Pillows,Throws, Home Decor Items

  We require a $35-$45 deposit. If ordering more than one blanket, the deposit is required for each blanket ordered. This applies for throws and pillows as well.

• Ex: For a baby blanket and pillow set- $45. Individually ($35 baby/child)

• Ex: Throws $45

• Ex: Pillows $40 for 2. Any quantity more than two deposit will apply for each item.

  Hats, Mittens,Scarfs/Shawl

  We require a $20-$35 deposit.

• Family Bundle $35 Individually ($30)

• Baby- Newborn ($20)

• Scarfs/Shawl ($35) If ordering more than one, this applies to each scarf/shawl order.
